Happy Friday guys. Just want to give you guys a progress report on this house that I promised to give you a report on every single week. Last week I promised you guys that we would do exterior paint. So the whole house is painted with this earth tone color, grayish color of white, and the trim is white color. Trust me on this, that we did a lot of stucco repair over here, and we’re finally done with it. And trust me on this that we have finished painting everything, the outside, including the garage door that we had to purchase refurbished. And we had to paint the garage door the same color as the main body. And then the trim is a different color. And also I promised you guys that we would finish the baseboards. So all the baseboards are in, right there.
I also promised you guys that we would finish assembling our kitchen cabinets. So if you look at our little kitchen here, this is a very tiny home, so we try to make good use of all the space that we have. There’s actually a door here that we had to close off in order to make this kitchen larger. Used to be an L, now it’s a galley kitchen with the wall cabinets, the base cabinets all in there. And this coming week, as a matter of fact, we’re actually ahead of schedule. You know why? Because we are going to do the kitchen countertops this weekend. So I’m going to get the back splash, the quartz countertop tomorrow. And my countertop installer is going to come on Sunday and finish this. Yeah, so it’s going to be exciting. We’re making tremendous progress this week, by the end of this week I told you guys baseboards were going to be done and exterior paint. So everything is done here.
So what’s coming up this week? This upcoming week is that we’re going to put up the wall tiles here and this one and only big ass custom shower. And the floor tiles, that’s going to be done Monday. I got all the furniture over already. So they’re here as well. We’ve got more furniture coming. Pardeep, our furniture assembly guy, will be here to assemble the furniture. Appliances, well we have dishwasher, the range, the microwave, all the essentials. Going to put the handles on in the kitchen cabinets.
So that’s it, that’s it for the progress this week. 100%. Two bedroom, one bathroom house. This is going to be a little Airbnb. All right. This is the yard, we’re going to build an ADU there, right? An additional dwelling unit. This is a big lot, so definitely room for growth. There’s potential there. So what do you guys think of the matt black? I like those. You can get those from Amazon by the way. Look at the kitchen. So this is where the dishwasher is going to go. The sink. Okay. The range and the fridge. Flash mount over there in the kitchen, going to be there. All right, take a look. Going to get a chandelier here for the dining room, family room, living room, whatever you want to call it.
