Hey, this is Kevin, and giving a progress report on this house. All right. With my contractor, we’re doing a walkthrough. And I’m just going to show you the inside of the house. The progress that we made. So let me just turn the camera around, so you can see the house as opposed to me. There it is.
All right. So this door is going to stay, but we’re going to paint it, sand it, and it’s going to be okay. And we’ll change the door handle and the lock. What we did was we finished flooring last week and we put in the base boards yesterday. And there’s still some last detail thinking that we need to do to the baseboards. And we need to buy the transitional piece, the trim piece, because actually it’s not like one level when we enter into the bedrooms. So we need to take out that.
So this is the master. We did the custom shower, 48 inches. Custom shower, slabs that we’d purchased yesterday from One on One Building Supply.
Let’s walk out to the kitchen area. So this is the kitchen. Going to have a nice chandelier over there. It’s coming. Not yet here, it’s going to be here. Kitchen cabinets coming next week. So we’ll have the cabinets ready. I got a countertop picked up already. So that’s going to be there.
All right. So all the essential is done really for this house. Got the matte black. The door handles for all the doors. That ordered from Amazon, so that’s going to be here too.
And this is the second bathroom. So we have to re tile this area. There’s actually a divider that separates toilet from, there’s actually a cabinet here right next to this divider. So we had to re tile this area, and thankfully there was one extra box of tiles that the homeowner left behind in the garage that we could use. So that’s that.
What else? So this coming week, hopefully we get the kitchen cabinets Wednesday, Thursday. And that, we’re going to finish the kitchen. And just the last few items that we need to do to this house before we bring it to the market. So we’re almost there, almost there, guys. If it’s not for the cabinets delay, we could have made it happen this week or early next week. And can call my stager.
This is the yard. Call my stager, when is it? Next week or the week after to get this shit done. But anyway, so this is the house. I really like the layout. The transformation that we did to this house, this is amazing. And just come and find us on the MLS in two weeks. If not, three weeks, it’s going to be here.
